Establishing QMS at Creative

 

As a seasoned shop, we committed to ISO 9001 compliance in 2012. At that time, we debated how we’d go about making such comprehensive change. Eventually, we decided to revamp our aging facility as a prelude to the main work of establishing QMS at Creative. Since the facility project was a big one, everyone became involved. The experience gave each member a chance to practice his and her own ability by taking part in company-wide continuous improvement. We took away many positives from our lessons-in-action. One is that leadership gained insights on strengths and weaknesses for making change, for individuals and for group. From top to bottom, we’re more prepared and moving ahead. Our current focus is on establishing QMS procedures for managing part processing activities in particular.
