From our first cuts to the final parts as they are neatly packaged and sealed — we don’t stop fussing until we know we’ve done all we can to satisfy our customer from the moment they see our name. Creative quality is familiar. Attention to every detail takes the majority of our time. Creative quality is how we identify within our ranks. Everyone knows how a good part is supposed to measure (not just at the edge of the tolerance). Everyone knows how a good part should feel (by touch) and look (from every vantage). If it’s not up to speed, everyone knows.
